  • Postpartum Doula Services: Support in the early days and weeks after birth, including assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding support, emotional and physical recovery, and household help.
  • Childbirth Education: In-person and online childbirth education courses, including topics such as pregnancy, labor, birth preparation, and postpartum care.
  • Other Services: Additional services as described on our website or in communication with clients.

Our services are available in Salt Lake and Utah Counties.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are pregnant, planning to give birth, or seeking related childbirth education, and you meet any other requirements specified for particular services.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To book services, you may fill out our online form, contact us directly, or schedule a consultation. A signed agreement and payment are required to secure your booking.

  • Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made in full or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, and cash.

  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable except in cases where services are canceled by us. 

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and health history to provide you with our services. All personal information collected is kept confidential.

  • Data Protection: We use industry-standard practices to protect your personal and health information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security due to the inherent risks of online data transmission.

  • Not a Medical Professional: The services provided by Hollie Hauptly are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not medical professionals, and our role is to support you physically, emotionally, and informationally during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period. Please consult your care provider. 

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for making informed decisions about your health care and discussing any medical concerns with your healthcare provider.

  • Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any complications, injuries, or other issues that arise during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.

    7. Intellectual Property

    8. Client Expectations
